The provision to participants in the Fund.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Participants can be under 18 years of age citizens of the Russian Federation

Foreign citizens and legal entities, separating its statutory objectives and tasks of the Fund who wish to participate and provide (material, intellectual, technical) assistance to its activities

1.2. Reception of citizens and legal entities in Participants of Fund is carried out on the basis of a written application of the prospective member of the citizen of the legal entity. The membership of the Fund by decision of the Foundation Council.

1.3. Member status is free, does not involve the admission fee and of regular membership dues to confirm membership status.

2. THE RIGHTS OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE FUND.

2.1. Participants of Fund have the right to:

2.1.1. to obtain information on the activities of the Fund;

2.1.2. to Express to the Board of Fund and officers of the Fund any proposals on improvement of activity of Fund;

2.1.3. to propose to the governing bodies of the Foundation projects and programs the main activities of the Fund to participate in all activities of the Foundation;

2.1.4. enjoy the support, protection and assistance of the Fund, to consulting, expert, intermediary, methodical and financial assistance;

2.1.6. to establish and develop through the Fund's bilateral and multilateral relations;

2.1.7. to participate in the activities of the Fund;

2.1.8. to elect and be elected to elected bodies;

2.1.9. The Foundation maintains records of its members in a separate registry and issues certificates of Participants of the Fund;

2.1.10. free to withdraw from participating in the Fund.

3. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE FUND

3.1. Participants of Fund are obliged:

3.1.1. to provide (material, intellectual, technical) support to the activities of the Fund;

3.1.2. to comply with the requirements hereof.

3.1.3. to maintain a positive social image of the Foundation; to promote the dissemination of positive information about the Fund;

3.1.4. not to take actions that inflict material and moral harm to the Fund;

3.1.5. not to disclose confidential information about activity of Fund;

3.1.6. to implement the decisions of the governing bodies of the Fund.

4. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE FUND

4.1. Fund participant ceases participation in the Fund by application to the Board of the Fund.

4.2. Exclusion of Participants of the Fund by decision of the Foundation Council with a majority of not less than 2/3 votes of the members present of the Board of the Fund.
